SOLO Fitness has had such success coaching moms' bellies back into great shape, they want to share this knowledge with every mom who wants it -- not only the ones who can afford private sessions.

At this class, one of the Solo Fitness therapists will measure any diastasis (separation of the stomach muscles due to pregnancy) and teach you individual exercises you can do during the 40 minute free session, and then at home.

Open to moms 4 weeks after vaginal and 6 weeks post cesaerian birth, up to 4 years after birth. Repair your abdomen now; whether you've just given birth or your kid is 4 years old already, because a strong tummy is so helpful for babywearing :-) ... and best of all, babies and toddlers are welcome!

Class size is limited, but drop-ins are welcome if space permits.
